Family of Lewis Davis & Nancy Glines

 

1. Lewis Davis. Born on 30 January 1796 in Sutton, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.1 Lewis died in Andover or Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, on 27 October 1844 at the age of 48.2 Buried in Sawyer Cemetery, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.2

 

On 28 November 1822, Lewis married Nancy Glines in Sanbornton, Belknap County, New Hampshire.3 Nancy was born on 21 July 1799 in Northfield, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.4 Nancy died in Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, on 22 October 1887, at the age of 88.4 Buried in Sawyer Cemetery, Merrimack County, New Hampshire;

 

They had the following children:

                              i.             Sarah Jane. Born about 1823 in  NH. About 1850 Sarah Jane married Nathan M. Gage.

                             ii.             Elizabeth A. Born about 1825 in New Hampshire. Elizabeth A. married Mr.  Brown.

                            iii.             Catherine. Born about 1829 in New Hampshire.5 Catherine died in on 28 August 1839, when she was 10 years old.5 Buried in Sawyer Cemetery, Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.5

                            iv.             Nancy. Born on 15 July 1830 in Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.6 Nancy died in Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, on 24 February 1908; she was 77.7

                                             On 11 March 1852 she married Jeremiah K. Judkins, son of Samuel Judkins & Hannah Kimball, in Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.6 Jeremiah was born on 18 February 1829 in Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.8 Jeremiah K. died in Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, on 24 February 1905; he was 76.7

                             v.             Lewis M. Born about 1832 in New Hampshire.9 Lewis M. died on 21 August 1863; he was 31.9 Buried in Sawyer Cemetery, Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.9

                            vi.             Albe C. Born about 1834 in New Hampshire

                           vii.             Laura. Born on 4 December 1835 in Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.10,11 Laura died in Lawrence, Essex County, Massachusetts, on 13 April 1927; she was 91.11,12 Buried in Franklin Cemetery, Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.11

                          viii.             Olive B. Born about1842 in New Hampshire.20 On 26 June 1862 when Olive B. was 20, she married Calvin T. Call in Franklin, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.

                            ix.             George. Born about 1843 in New Hampshire.

                             x.             Alva. Born about 1843 in, New Hampshire.
